What is Presentation Analysis
Our bodies are constantly communicating, yet very few people truly understand the movement patterns we use to express ourselves. In my work teaching body language and reading people, I find Laban Movement Analysis to be the most trusted theory for understanding the meaning, intention, and emotional state behind a person’s presentation.
Rather than relying on superficial cues, LMA allows us to read the deeper inner motivations that shape a person’s movement. This approach reveals the presenter’s identity, emotions, and internal state with far greater clarity and accuracy.
