The study of non-verbal communication, especially body movement or kinesics has always fascinated me. How we express our thoughts and feelings, how we respond to those around us cannot be done through just one gesture alone, but through a combination of body movement. My quest to understand people has led me to the study of Laban Movement Analysis - a structured framework developed by Rudolf Laban to observe, describe and interpret all forms of human movement. Used by dancers, actors, athletes and therapists to analyse movement qualities and intentions, as well as in business consulting and leadership development to enhance movement in communication.

LMA (Laban Movement Analysis) combined with over 14 years experience in working with clients on their interpersonal and presentation skills, I have developed a non-biased application, "AI People Reader™” to detect the 4 cores of Interpersonal Skills; Engagement, Adaptability, Confident and Authority, for job screening, promotions and team development.
